I have registered so what can I do?

Your profile has been uploaded into our database and people are able to view it. You can now log in at any time using your Username and Password and you can do the following:

  • View your own profile and see how it looks.
  • Improve your own profile - add in a picture, change any details etc. See below how to edit profile.
  • Send and receive Flirts with all members.
  • Send and receive Short Messages via Tease me feature.
  • View your favourites - you can build up a selection of all your favourites and access them at any time.
  • See who's looking at your profile.
  • Reply to messages received from VIP members. Messages from VIP members are highlighted in your Inbox.

And as a fully paying member you can:

  • Read messages sent to you by other members.
  • Compose messages that you wish to send to other members.
  • Block unwanted users from contacting you.
  • Join the chatroom.
  • Access Exlusive Message Board.
  • Create events on Events Board.
  • See who is currently online and contact them instantly.

Is your site free? 

Yes, you can become a Member of for free. You can add your profile, upload photos and search our entire database of singles at no cost to yourself.

How Do I Login?

Login at any time using your Username and password and click go. The username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE.

How do I Edit My Profile?

You can change your profile in the "Profile" tab by selecting "Edit profile".

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email in the "Profile" tab by selecting "Confidential" - update your email address and then save all changes.

How Do I View Someone's Profile?

When you have filled in the details in the search section (on the home page), a list with your matches will come up on your screen, click on their name and their profile will appear.

How Do I Make Contact with another Person?

When you have filled in the details of your perfect match, a list with your matches will come up, click on their name and their profile will appear or click the contact link in their mini profile. If you know who you want to contact you can go directly to the Message tab and click on Compose. Also when you're viewing someone's profile you can type a message in the special field visible on the profile.

How Do I Bar Someone I Don't want to hear from?

If you wish to stop receiving messages from any particular member just open one of their messages and click on the 'Block this Sender' Link - the mail blocking option is at the bottom of the e-mails you receive.

What Happens if I receive Emails that are offensive?

If someone sends you an offensive email, on the site please let us know, and forward it to us. The site is meant to be a fun way of meeting people and we will delete any members who offend.

What happens if I forget my password?

You can simply click on "Forgot Password" you will find it on the blue strip at the bottom of the home page. It will email your password back to you.

Can I change my Username?

You can change your Username anytime. Simply contact us via email: with new username and we will change it for you. Remember that your new username cannot be already taken.

How do I find a Specific Member?

Go to the Search section and click on "advanced" button, there you will see the option to look for a specific member.

Photo queries:

My photo is not online yet, why?

Our Moderation Team is always double checking and scanning the photos to make sure that no inappropriate content was accepted for the first time. If such will be found, it will be deleted immediately.

How do I upload a photo?

Simply follow the steps below to upload a photo into a gallery on your profile:

  • Ensure the photo is saved in .JPG format and is less than 512kB in size.
  • Login to the site with your username and password.
  • Hover the Profile in the top menu
  • You will see a section entitled ‘My Gallery’. Click on it.
  • Choose visibility settings  and then click ‘Upload Photos’.
  • Locate the photo you wish to upload on your hard-drive, click on it, then click ‘Open’.
  • The photo will then be uploaded to the specified gallery.


What are the guidelines for public gallery (for everyone and for members only) photos?

Public gallery photos must be of you only; all public images and photographs will be reviewed before they are posted to the website, and group photos will be redirected to your Private Gallery.

We will only allow photos that we genuinely believe to be of you to be posted.

Blurry or extremely low-quality photos, which do not show you in a clear and recognizable way, will be rejected or redirected to the Private Gallery.

Y ou may not post obscene images, images for which you do not own the copyright (images of actors or models, cartoon characters, etc.), extremely low-quality images, or any other images that are not a picture of you.

How can I let other members access my private photos?

To grant a member access to your private pictures, he or she must be added to your favorites list. To add a member as a favorite, simply follow the steps below:

  • Login to our site with your username and password.
  • Click on the 'Home' link, if you are not already on that page.
  • Click 'Add to Favorites' under the profile picture.

Once you add members to your favorites list, they will be able to see your private photos, and you will be able to see theirs. We wish to confirm this is a Premium feature.

You can pay your subscription by Visa, Mastercard or Laser. Just visit our subscription page which will take you through the process. Alternatively, you may send a cheque to our postal address (as listed below). Why was my credit card denied?

There are many reasons that your financial institute may deny your order. Some of the most common issues are:

  • Your Credit Limit has been reached.
  • Your Card has expired.
  • Your billing address does not match the card statement.
  • Your security code was incorrect.

If I cancel my membership will I receive a refund?

No. As we allow users to try the site before deciding to pay subscription fees, we do not offer refunds on partly used or unused memberships.

Why was my subscription automatically renewed?

Premium Member Membership is automatically renewed until you cancel your subscription. When you joined the site and subscribed to Premium Member Membership, both the Terms of Service and the Payments Page stated that you would be billed on an ongoing basis unless otherwise requested. How do I stop the email alerts letting me know I have a new message?

Go to the "Profile" menu then click on "Settings" and you will see "email message options". Select "disable email notification" and click on the "Save notification settings" button.

Technical queries:

I find the site quite slow how can I speed it up?

It is probably slow because you have too many messages in your inbox. Transfer them to folders and the site will speed up greatly for you.
