Mind Games

Todays blog has been prompted by a message on the Maybefriends.com messageboard about "mind games". I often wonder whether or not people play mind games on purpose - do they even know that they are doing it?

I've met people who play mind games but I tend to think it is more of a communication misinterpretation rather than a callous attempt to upset someone or manipulate them. Perhaps I just have a rose tinted view of the world because I never believe that anyone would purposely set out to upset somone or to mess with their heads.

Am I just naive?

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic. Remember best comment of the week wins a months free membership to Maybefriends.com

Why do Good Girls like Bad Boys?

Some women appear to have it all -great job, look fab, really have their act together, but when it comes to men, they just seem to attract the very worst of the worst. Is it that they find it a challenge, or exciting? Or are they just unlucky in love? Well I trawled the net to see what others thought and there were a few theories on it some of them off the wall but others did try to make sense of this strange phenomenon. Have a look at what they had to say and give us your own theories on it http://simplyanne.wordpress.com/2006/08/09/why-do-bad-boys-want-good-girls/

Of course sometimes it's just great fun to go out with a bad boy for a while - its not that you are ever going to make it a permanent thing its just a phase that is enjoyable and where's the harm in that?
But what to the boys think. Because maybe they are hoping that you will be the one to calm them down and change their wicked ways and all you're doing is having fun at their expense.
Let me know what you think and if you think it's more or less prevelant on dating websites? The best comment on the blog this week wins a free months membership on Maybefriends.com
